Base price of each unit includes heat, hot water, electricity, cooking gas, range, refrigerator, disposal, and dishwasher. All units include a complimentary DirecTV basic package.

Hotel Amenities: Apartment residents enjoy the use of our hotel amenities, including a 24 hour front desk, guest rooms available for their guests, a 24 hr fitness center, and more.

Telephone: Each apartment unit is provided with a direct line number and voicemail. Local calls are included in the monthly service fee.

Parking: Lot is monitored by a 24-hour closed-circuit security system.

Air Conditioning: Four month plan is available May 15 to September 15 upon request, for a fee.
